Ride Her First 2018: The unusual contest during the end of the season.

Ride Her First, an unusual professional freestyle Intercrew, comes back on 2018 in Val d’Isère. This unique evening takes place in the middle of the GEM Altigliss Challenge, the student ski world cup, which get 1000 students together, students who come from all over the world to spend one week together.

There are two parts in this show: the first one is an official intercrew contest (teams composed by 3 riders) and the second one is a free session judged by the public. Riders invited will try to seduce the judges and the public in order to win the prize money which reaches 2500€ and the official endowment given by the partners of the Ride Her First: Picture, Faction, Xsories, Line or SkullCandy. Since 2013, our team organize a day which goal is promote the ride culture. On Tuesday 22th 2016, visitors can meet all the partners of the riding world and discover the different aspects of this so special culture:

  • sport with introduction to freestyle, little contests, ski and snowboard tests.
  • musique thanks to the DJ’s here all the day long.
  • art with exhibitions and ski film diffusion.




For the third time, the Ride Her First gives amateur riders the opportunity to participate with professional riders, a true opportunity for the beginning of their career.

That is why we organize a qualification contest the day before the Ride Her First, participants come face to face on the Valpark in order to win the wildcards, famous cards that give them the right to go to the official contest. Despite what is at stake, this selections stay fun and originals because they are under the “out” format.

This year the team from Vars (snowboard), Enzo Scotto, Mateurz Augustyn and Steeven Hager (ski).
